PEDIKARMA ™ (pedi=foot)(karma=action) main objective is the rejuvenation and relaxation of your body and mind. It begins with an energy balanced (tridoshic) foot exfoliation and soak. While your feet soak you will receive a back and shoulder massage. Then while comfortably lying on the table you will receive a rejuvenating Tibetan “reflexology” foot massage followed by a unique foot massage using the Three Metal Bowl (Kansa Vataki) from India. The feet are then dusted with Ubtan aromatic powder and kept warm while you quietly rest while the balancing effects take hold.  It is a truly grounding, balancing and detoxifying treatment.
