Membership Terms

Payment: Your membership at Uhma Spa begins with your phone call or email. We will confirm with an email. The next time you visit, you sign an authorization to charge your credit card. Your monthly payments continue your membership for as long as you desire. The first three months must be prepaid. You may also enroll in person over some tea. We love to chat!

Cancellations: To cancel your membership all you need to do is send us an email with your name and  “cancel membership” in the subject line, or a letter.  We'll simply stop charging your card.  However, once a payment is charged it cannot be reimbursed. Treatments are non-transferrable. The standard cancelation policy applies to any booking: 24 hr cancelation, full charge for missed appointments. Of course, at membership prices.

Schedule: Start right away! Your health and beauty treatments are ready and waiting for you. We are happy to schedule multiple treatments in advance or per session. For your convenience, if you are unable to use your monthly treatment(s), it/they can be postponed into the following membership month. Members can postpone a maximum of 2 treatments per month. Treatments cannot be postponed beyond the following membership month.

Vacation: Once a year you can take a membership vacation and suspend it for up to one month for a flat fee of $20. Just let us know by email at least two weeks in advance of the due date.

Gratuity: We suggest that you base it on the regular price for the treatment. A tip table will be available to make this easier. Your caring therapist is working just as hard…

Changes: We are constantly improving our services and offerings. We reserve the right to make changes to the Membership Programs, which will be communicated in advance here at the Uhma Spa website.
